What size foil pans fit in a Fancy Panz?
Fancy Panz Premium and Classic styles are designed to be used with a "Half Size" Foil Pan, which are approximately 11 ¾" x 9 ⅜" x 2 ½" in size. This size is commonly found in grocery and big box stores and are widely available for purchase in bulk. An example of a half size foil pan is the size that is used in chaffing dishes. A foil pan and serving spoon is included with your purchase.
Fancy Panz 8x8 is commonly referred to as a brownie pan. Some manufacturers may measure the foil pan from the wider top and label it as 9x9. An 8x8 foil pan and spoon is included with your purchase.
Fancy Panz 9x13 is commonly referred to as a cake size foil pan measuring approximately 12 ¾" x 9" x 1 27/32. A 9x13 foil pan and serving spoon is included with your purchase.
What is the difference between a Premium Fancy Panz and Classic Fancy Panz?
The Premium Fancy Panz has a deeper base that accommodates the use of the Hot/Cold Reusable Gel Pack and a half size foil pan on top of it.
The Classic Fancy Panz has a more shallow base and will not fit a gel pack along with the half size foil pan. If you have a Classic Fancy Panz and would like to purchase a gel pack, please note that only a shallow foil pan, measuring 11 ¾" x 9 ⅜" x 1 ½", will fit over the gel pack.
What are Fancy Panz made of?
Fancy Panz are made out of polypropylene and the clear lid is SAN. Fancy Panz are BPA Free.
Are Fancy Panz Dishwasher Safe?
Yes, Fancy Panz are top-rack dishwasher safe.
Can I put my Fancy Panz in the Oven or Microwave?
No. Fancy Panz are not intended for use in the oven or microwave. Fancy Panz are for decorative use only.
Where are Fancy Panz manufactured?
Fancy Panz are manufacturered in Elgin, TN and shipped from Knoxville, TN.
Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat fee for FedEx ground shipping in the USA. Hawaii and Alaska will be slightly higher cost.
- Ground shipping for 2 or less Fancy Panz is $10.00
- Ground shipping for 3+ Fancy Panz is FREE
Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Two-day and Overnight shipping is available depending on the delivery area. To view your available shipping options, enter your shipping address at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not ship internationally. This includes to Canada, Puerto Rico and other US Territories.
How can I make changes to my order?
Please email us at sales@fancypanz.com with your order info and change requested. We cannot guarantee that order changes can be accommodated.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my Fancy Panz?
If your Fancy Panz arrives defective, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please allow 5 business days to process your request.
We do not refund damaged product resulting from improper use. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
If you purchased your Fancy Panz from a retailer or store, refund requests must be directed back to the store.
Can I exchange my Fancy Panz for a different color or size?
We do not offer exchanges.
Do you offer a warranty?
Fancy Panz comes with a 3-month manufacturers limited warranty against manufacturer defects, from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling or accidents.
